CONTEST COMMITTEE COMMENT – OPERATION BETWEEN 50 MHz and 51 MHz

Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) advises that operation between 50 MHz and 51 MHz is illegal unless RSM has granted a “6 metre Contract” specific to the location and transmitting equipment configuration used (transmitter power, antenna gain, polarisation, etc.).

To apply for a 6 metre Contract, send an email to:
rsmlicensing@med.govt.nz
There is no charge for the 6 metre Contract.

Claimed scores have been adjusted as a consequence of this ruling by RSM.
