Work Begins at Belmont

As at late on Sunday 13 April, ATV Panels have been removed, along with National System local and linking antennas. Now only the huge 710 antenna array remains.
After the recent decision made around required maintenance of the Belmont Repeater site, work has begun in earnest. Some photos here for those interested. (Apologies for anyone who noticed the photos were missing overnight!)

One of the ATV panels, clearly shows a buildup of corrosion after many years of exposure to the elements.
