Packet Radio - We've been doing wireless data for a while now...

ZL2WA packet radio Bulletin Board (BBS) operates from the Wellington VHF Group site in Newlands, Wellington. The BBS runs F6FBB BBS software and can be accessed via either of the 6625 and 7075 data repeaters. See repeaters, for the coverage provided by these two repeaters. The BBS connects to the National System via the local 9875 node, and conducts national packet forwarding every night between 2:00am - 6:00 am. Currently the BBS forwards traffic overnight to ZL1AM Whangarei, ZL1AB Auckland, ZL1UX Hamilton, ZL2BAU Waimate, and ZL4AA Dunedin.
